Examples: laceration + tetanus, ankle X-ray + boot + crutches
Please note: All-inclusive pricing covers in-house testing only. Labs that must be sent to an external reference laboratory
(such as comprehensive metabolic panels, hormone studies, cultures, or specialty pathology) will be billed as an additional
charge — quoted to the patient before the lab is ordered.
If using insurance, visit will be billed at pre-contracted rates established with applicable copays and deductibles
